Stacy Fillmore and her student make a deal in her classroom - Naughty America

Stacy Fillmore hands back a paper with a big red F on it, and her student isn't ready to accept the grade without a fight. Frustrated and looking for any way to salvage his grade, he stays after class to see if there's something he can do to change her mind. Ms. Fillmore, feeling a little worn down herself after a long day of grading, decides to hear him out. The two strike up an unlikely arrangement right there in her empty classroom, one that leaves them both a little more satisfied with how the day turned out.
